05:17 pm I think most people know this already but I'll be out of town from Christmas - just after New Year's w/Adrian's family. We're gonna go party it up in DC and NY and I'm hopin' to get to see the big shiny ball drop. I'm not sure why - I hate crowds, being cold, and standing in general, but well, maybe in 10 or 20 years I'd rather remember New Year's 2009-2010 as an actual event rather than something that happened around the same time my shaman hit 60. (Maybe, I said maybe.)
